What is covered by the Calcare Turnaround Guarantee?

» All pre-arranged Micron Calcare calibration orders.
» Available on both the Silvertrack and Goldtrack services.
» Covers all Micron Calcare calibration services, including:
  »» Scheduled to be in the same areas on the same day each week to assist your planning.
  »» Cost effective service.
  »» Computerised booking service.
  »» Flexible - even if we are not due to be in your area on a given day, we will try to reach you if we can.

What is meant by "Pre-arranged"?

» Pre-arranged is any order notified in detail (preferably in writing) to Micron and accepted by Micron prior to the arrival of the items / order.

Will Micron Always Guarantee Silvertrack or Goldtrack turnaround times ?

» Micron will always endeavour to provide calibration turnaround as requested for Goldtrack or Silvertrack services. However, this may not always be possible for very large numbers of gauges, or particularly difficult items or where other work or third parties are involved.
» Where items arrive at Micron without prior arrangement (including pre-arranged orders that are different to that agreed with Micron), we reserve the right to notify our customer, at the earliest opportunity, of possible delays. The turnaround guarantee will be effective from the projected date of completion.

Some Examples of what is NOT Covered

» Collection and delivery times, even when made by a Micron van or representative.
» Purchase of gauges.
» Refurbished or repaired items.
» Delays whilst awaiting customer instructions.
» Any delays resulting from third parties.

How does the Calcare Turnaround Guarantee work ?

» The projected date of completion will be:
  1 Silvertrack orders: 5 working days after arrival* of items / order at Micron.
  2 Goldtrack orders: 48 hours (two working days) after arrival* of items / order at Micron.
  3 Other projected completion date as arranged between Micron and the Customer.
  »» * NB. Date of arrival is taken as the latter of the items or the official order, as accepted at Eurolab House, Birmingham, before 4:30pm on a working day (arrivals after this time will not be officially accepted until 8:00am on the next working day).
NB. All orders, except for Calcare Goldtrack service, may not be available until after 3:30pm on the due day.
